Requirements:
Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license, Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred, Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in an Emergency Department or critical care setting, Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification, Ability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, Demonstrated ability to remain calm and effective under pressure, Strong commitment to patient safety and quality care, Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
