We are seeking a creative and experienced Instructional Designer to join our growing team focused on developing high-quality online learning experiences. In this role, you will collaborate closely with faculty and subject matter experts to design, develop, and implement engaging and effective course content for our diverse student body. You will apply pedagogical best practices, learning theories, and educational technologies to create innovative instructional materials that foster student success and meet program learning outcomes. Skills: Instructional Design Methodologies (ADDIE, SAM), Learning Management Systems (e.g., Canvas, Moodle, Blackboard), eLearning Authoring Tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Rise 360), Curriculum Development, Adult Learning Theories, Multimedia Development (audio, video, graphics), Assessment Design, Project Management, SCORM/xAPI, Accessibility Standards (WCAG) Requirements: Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Curriculum & Instruction, or a related field (Bachelor's with equivalent experience considered)., 3-5 years of progressive experience in instructional design, preferably within a higher education or corporate learning environment developing online courses., Demonstrated ability to apply instructional design principles and learning theories to create effective learning solutions., Proficiency with common educational technologies and multimedia tools., Experience with developing courses compliant with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG)., A strong portfolio showcasing examples of instructional design work and developed learning materials., Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to translate complex information into clear and concise learning materials., Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
